On the other hand, manufacturers that are delivering a standard number 4 finish will have a standard clean profile with no surface chemicals or oils. It is then the cleaning operators duty to maintain that look. Generally, they revert to oil or wd40 when it gets difficult or has not been cleaned correctly post installation.
